We only ever provide factual information or general financial advice - advice that does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. This is the case even though from time to time we may know something about your objectives, financial situation or needs.

Risk is always there
We believe people have the ability to become financially literate and self-sufficient, no matter their age, background or level of experience.
Our team is dedicated to delivering financial education that is simple, easy-to-follow and jargon-free. We aim to give people better understanding so they can move towards a better financial future.
But there is always risk.
Although we believe that education is one of the best courses of action you can take to better invest in the markets, the reality is that no investment methodology, education or way of trading can eliminate risks. Even if you learn all there is to learn from us and apply that sensibly, there is no guarantee that you will make money or protect your capital.

The past (including past market or stock performance) is not a reliable indicator of what may happen in the future.
And the future is unknown. Matters concerning what may happen in the future are uncertain and may not happen.
And investment values can change quickly and significantly.
Location
We are a company located in Australia and our business is conducted here. Your legal relationship with us is governed exclusively by the relevant laws here. You submit to their exclusive jurisdiction.

Australian based
If you sign up with us, you sign up with us here in Australia. For a period we had operations in the US and some students signed up with our US company, using their terms and conditions. Those will continue to apply for those student until the end of the course signed up for. New courses will be with us on our terms and conditions. Signing up with the US is no longer an option.
Complaints
If something we do disappoints you, please contact us. We will do our best to resolve your concerns within 30 days. If you remain unhappy and you are a retail client (as the Corporations Act defines this) we will always tell you other steps you can take - one of these is to take your complaint to:
